Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for managing field sales activities, guiding the sales team, and achieving business targets. The candidate will help increase company sales by meeting clients and developing new business opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and support the field sales team
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Visit clients and promote company products/services
- Generate new business opportunities in the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance
- Conduct market visits and understand customer needs
- Prepare and submit sales reports to senior management
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation completed in any stream
- 2+ years of experience in field sales
- Team handling experience preferred
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Willing to travel for field work
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
Salary: ₹2.00 LPA – ₹3.50 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
