Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Field Sales Manager to lead sales operations, expand market reach, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to oversee field sales activities, develop market penetration strategies, and enhance customer engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and implement territory-specific sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of field sales executives for high performance.
Conduct on-site customer interactions, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Identify untapped markets and emerging opportunities to maximize sales potential.
Build and manage a network of channel partners, distributors, and stakeholders.
Ensure seamless execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Develop data-driven performance tracking systems to monitor sales trends.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the sales team.
Strengthen post-sales support and customer retention strategies for long-term growth.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.

Candidate Profile:

2+ years of field sales experience with a strong track record in revenue generation.
Expertise in team leadership, target setting, and performance management.
Strong ability to negotiate, build relationships, and close deals effectively.
Hands-on experience in territory mapping and market segmentation.
Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting software.
