Job Description
Position: Field Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit a sales team from the open market.
- Guide, manage, and train the team to achieve sales goals.
- Generate business and ensure policy sales through the team.
- Meet half-yearly and yearly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Education: Must be a graduate.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales (any field).
- Must own a bike for local travel.
- The candidate must be a local resident.
Compensation:
- CTC: Up to ₹3.20 LPA + performance-based incentives + additional benefits.
- On-roll employment with the company.
- Five-day work week with weekends off.
