Job Description

Job Summary:

The Field Sales Manager supports the Sales Manager in day-to-day operations, helps lead the sales team, and ensures sales targets are achieved. This role focuses on customer service, team coordination, and driving overall sales performance. 

Key Roles:

  • Supervise and support field sales representatives.
  • Set and monitor daily/weekly field sales targets.
  • Visit markets/clients with the team regularly.
  • Train and motivate field sales staff.
  • Build strong relationships with customers.
  • Track sales activities and maintain records.
  • Resolve customer issues and help close key deals.

What We Require: 

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
  • Graduation Completion 
  • Required all semester marksheets.  
  • Preferred local candidate
