Job Description

Job Summary:
The Field Sales Manager leads and supports a team of field sales executives to achieve sales targets through on-ground customer interactions and market development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and guide the field sales team
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Accompany team members on field visits when required
  • Identify new customers and market opportunities
  • Monitor sales performance and submit reports
  • Train and motivate the sales team

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
  • Graduation Completion 
  • Required all semester marksheets.  
  • Preferred local candidate
