Job Description

Job Summary:
The Field Sales Manager is responsible for managing a team of field sales executives and driving sales through on-ground customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the field sales team
  • Achieve sales targets in assigned territory
  • Plan daily field activities and execute
  • Accompany sales executives for joint sales calls
  • Monitor field performance and submit reports
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers

We Require: 

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
  • Graduation Completion 
  • Required all semester marksheets.  
  • Preferred local candidate
