Role Summary:
Recruit, train, and manage life insurance advisors to drive sales and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and develop agency advisors

  • Drive life insurance sales through the agency channel

  • Support advisors in lead generation & closures

  • Ensure target achievement and compliance

Eligibility:

  • Graduation (any stream)

  • Experience Min 2 Years in Sales And Marketing
