Job Description
Job Summary:
The Field Sales Manager leads the field sales team to achieve sales targets by managing day-to-day sales activities, coaching team members, and developing customer relationships in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the field sales team
- Set sales targets and ensure team achievement
- Plan daily field activities and sales routes
- Train, guide, and motivate sales executives
- Monitor field performance and prepare sales reports
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
