Job Description

Field Sales manager lead offices of sales associates who offer goods and services to customers. Their primary function is to manage this team to create profits for their company.

Candidate profile; 

  • Qualification: Graduate.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales and marketing. 
  • Age: Minimum 21 Years – Maximum 38 Years. 
  • Two-Wheeler Required.

 Responsibilities for sales manager:

  • Find advisors and partners for the agency.  
  • The business manager oversees increasing sales and hitting the sales goal .
  • Identify, onboard, and develop insurance consultants.  
  •  Support and train advisors to enhance their effectiveness.
