Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Officer to drive customer acquisition and business growth through direct field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and acquire new customers through field visits
• Present and promote insurance products to potential clients
• Achieve assigned sales targets consistently
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of sales activities
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery

Eligibility:
• Graduation required
• 1+ year of experience in field sales or marketing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel for field work
