Job Description

TekPillar Services is hiring a Sales Officer for Vidisha location. The role involves field sales, customer acquisition, and promoting banking / financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through field activities

  • Acquire new customers and build relationships

  • Promote and sell banking / financial products

  • Achieve monthly sales targets

  • Conduct client meetings and follow-ups

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduation completed (mandatory)

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience required

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Willing to do field sales
