Job Description

We are seeking motivated Field Sales Officers to expand our customer base through direct sales and field activities. The candidate will be responsible for achieving targets and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit potential clients and generate leads
  • Promote and sell products/services directly to customers
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain customer relationships and follow-ups
  • Prepare daily sales reports and updates
  • Stay aware of market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

  • Graduation mandatory
  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales (BFSI preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Comfortable with travel and field work
