Job Description

To guide and inspire a group of sales associates in accomplishing company goals, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Specialist. 

 Principal Duties: 

  • To guarantee excellent performance, hire, develop, coach, and supervise sales staff. 
  • Establish measurable sales goals and inspire the group to meet or beyond them. 
  • Regularly assess employee performance and offer helpful criticism. 
  • Create and put into action sales tactics to increase income. 
  • To maximize team efforts, find new sales possibilities and industry trends. 
  • Work together with top management to match company objectives with sales targets.
