Job Summary

We are hiring a Financial Planning Manager who will be responsible for providing financial planning solutions to clients, managing investment and insurance portfolios, and achieving business targets. The candidate will help customers plan their financial goals through suitable financial products and services.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Understand client financial needs and provide suitable financial planning solutions.
  • Promote financial products such as insurance, investment plans, mutual funds, and savings products.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly business targets.
  • Conduct client meetings and financial review sessions.
  • Generate new leads through referrals and networking.
  • Provide financial advice based on customer goals and risk profile.
  • Maintain client records and prepare financial reports.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduation completed
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, financial planning, or BFSI sector.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and investment planning.
  • Relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
