Job Summary :
The Frontline Sales Officer is responsible for leading and supporting a team of sales advisors to achieve business targets.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Find and add new insurance advisors to the team.
- Train advisors about insurance products and how to sell them.
- Help advisors meet customers and close sales.
- Encourage and motivate the team to achieve monthly targets.
Eligibility Criteria :Â
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with ability to work in field sales.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and agency channel.
