Job Description

We are looking for an Area Head in the Agency Business Partner Channel for Indiaโ€™s Leading Life Insurance Company.

 

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales performance across multiple branches within the assigned area to achieve revenue targets for life insurance products.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the companyโ€™s goals and market conditions.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of Branch Managers and Sales Managers to maximize sales productivity.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support professional development of the team.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned area, focusing on both individual and corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, partners, and distribution networks.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies as needed.
  • Ensure that all sales activities within the area comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

 

Desired Candidates Profiles:

  • Experience: 8 to 12 Years in Similar domain of experience in Life Insurance – agency Channel or Direct Channel with 3 to 5 Years in Team Management of On Roll Employees
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a large team.
  • Proven track record in sales, particularly in life insurance or financial services.
  • Ability to analyze market data, sales reports, and trends to make informed decisions.
  • Skilled in developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
