Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Leader as a Area Sales Head in the Agency Business Partner Channel Department for Indiaโ€™s Leading Insurance Company.

 

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the branch team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets for life insurance products.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to enhance market penetration and maximize revenue.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor on-roll Sales Managers and agents to ensure a high-performing sales team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Oversee the resolution of customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the branch operates efficiently and adheres to company policies and insurance regulations.
  • Prepare and manage the branch budget, ensuring financial goals are met.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on branch performance, sales activities, and market trends to senior management.

 

Experience and Qualification:

  • Experience: 7 to 12 Years in Similar domain of experience in Life Insurance – Agency Channel with 2 to 4 Years in Team Management and Team Leadership.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
  • A deep understanding of life insurance products, sales processes, and customer needs.
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with different stakeholders.
