Indiaโs Leading Life Insurance Company is looking for a Branch Head in the Agency Business Partner Channel for Indiaโs Leading Insurance Company
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers, agents, and support staff to drive life insurance product sales.
- Recruit, train, and develop on-roll Sales Managers and agents to ensure high performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and provide necessary guidance.
- Set and achieve sales targets for life insurance policies, ensuring the branch meets monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the local market to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Resolve customer queries and issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, ethical practices, and company policies.
Qualification and Experience:
- Experience: 8 to 10 Years in Life Insurance – agency and direct channel with 2 to 4 Years in Team Management
- Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to analyse situations, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.
- In-depth understanding of the life insurance market, product offerings, and regulatory requirements.
