Job Description
We seek a results-driven Life Insurance Sales Manager to lead our team, develop strategies, drive revenue, and ensure excellent customer service and compliance.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Establishing and carrying out sales plans to reach goals and increase income.
- Assemble, develop, and oversee a productive sales force.
- To increase client retention and satisfaction, cultivate and preserve solid client relationships.
- Keep abreast of market developments and modify plans as necessary.
- Make sure that industry rules are followed, and give senior management regular performance reports.
Qualifications::
- Business, marketing, or a similar discipline at the bachelor’s degree level (MBA is a plus).
- More than 2 years of sales experience, including 6 months of management experience in the insurance industry.
- strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Salary up to 4 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
- Bike and Driving licence mandatory
