Job Description
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead recruitment efforts by identifying top talent, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Develop strategies to attract diverse candidates and build a talent pipeline.
- Employee Engagement & Experience: Create an exceptional employee experience by initiating engagement activities, organizing regular feedback sessions, and enhancing workplace culture. Drive programs that ensure our employees feel connect
- End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates to extending offers. Maintain a high standard of candidate experience throughout the process.
- Sourcing and Networking: Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to find passive and active candidates. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Interviewing and Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings, schedule interviews, and assist hiring managers in conducting interviews and assessments. Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with the organizationโs goals.
