We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements.
• Handle candidate follow-ups and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Conduct reference checks and background verification as required.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires.
• Collaborate with team members to improve the recruitment process.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline (HR specialization is a plus).
• 0-1 year of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals like Naukari, LinkedIn, etc.
• A proactive and result-oriented approach.
