What You’ll Do:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements & create recruitment strategies.
• Manage job postings and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring processes with internal teams.
• Build lasting relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Stay updated with hiring trends and implement best recruitment practices.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
• Strong knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and hiring techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
• High level of professionalism with a knack for talent identification.
