Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that generate qualified leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients via phone, email, and video conferencing
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to effectively guide the team
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong management, communication, and coaching skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
