Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that generate qualified leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients via phone, email, and video conferencing
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to effectively guide the team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong management, communication, and coaching skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
