Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-centric Insurance Consultant to guide clients in choosing the right insurance plans based on their needs and financial goals. The consultant will be responsible for prospecting, client engagement, policy recommendation, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from inquiry to policy issuance.
Job Responsibilities:

Understand customer insurance requirements through in-depth need analysis.

Recommend suitable insurance products (life, health, investment plans, etc.) based on client profiles.

Generate leads through networking, referrals, fieldwork, and online platforms.

Explain product features, benefits, premiums, and claims procedures to clients.

Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain high client satisfaction.

Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals.

Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory guidelines, and product knowledge.
Key Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or financial consulting.

Good understanding of insurance products (Life, Health, Retirement Plans preferred).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
