Job Description

Role Summary:
The Insurance Manager oversees the sales and management of insurance products, leads the insurance team, and ensures targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and guide the insurance sales team
  • Develop strategies to achieve insurance sales targets
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations
  • Prepare reports on sales and team performance

What We Require: 

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
  • Graduation Completion 
  • Required all semester marksheets.  
  • Preferred local candidate
