Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads

  • Explain insurance products and policy benefits

  • Conduct need analysis and recommend suitable plans

  • Close sales and complete documentation process

  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

  • Follow up with customers for renewals and references

  • Maintain customer database and MIS reports

Qualifications

  • Graduation mandatory (any stream)

  • Minimum 2 years experience in insurance / BFSI / Any sales

  • Good communication skills in English & local language

  • Comfortable with field work and target-based role
