A Insurance Sales Officer – Banca Channel provides financial services to clients by collaborating with banks and insurance providers. They offer the best product recommendations and assist clients in understanding their financial requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recognize the financial needs and objectives of a client.
- Help clients select the financial products that will best suit their needs.
- Continue to have good interactions with bank employees and customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell goods to bank clients.
- To find possible clients, collaborate with bank employees.
- Train bank staff on sales strategies.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Having a graduate degree is required.
- 1+ years or more in sales or marketing.
- Must have been a local resident or native for three or more years.
- Basic familiarity with banking and insurance procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
