Job Description
Key Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring high‑value clients, managing strategic accounts, and leading sales initiatives to achieve business goals.
Roles:
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the client base.
- Drive upselling and cross‑selling strategies within key accounts.
- Manage relationships with high‑value clients to ensure long‑term retention.
- Conduct regular business reviews and propose value‑driven solutions.
- Address client issues promptly to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet targets.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Monitor team performance and implement improvement plans when required.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree is Mandatory.
- 2–5 years of sales or Marketing or BFSI experience,
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities.
