Job Description

Overview: Generate new business and manage client relationships for life insurance through field sales. Achieve sales targets by meeting potential clients and building strong partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients; present insurance solutions.
  • Sales Execution: Develop strategies to meet sales goals.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain client and agency partner relationships.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Reporting: Track and report sales activities and performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.

    Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in outside sales, preferably in life insurance.
  • Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Certifications: Relevant insurance licenses preferred.
