Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to join our team at oragnization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team, driving sales, and achieving business targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

– Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and timely submission of reports.
Desired Candidate Profile:
– Graduate in any discipline.
– Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales (preferably in insurance, BFSI, or financial services).
– Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
– Ability to drive and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
