Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation through field activities and local market outreach

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

  • Explain products clearly and convert prospects into clients

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth

  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups

  • Maintain daily activity and sales reports

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Experience: 1 to 4 years in Sales / Marketing (BFSI preferred)

  • Graduate mandatory

  • Good communication and convincing skills

  • Must be comfortable with field work

  • Target-oriented mindset
