Job Description
We are looking for a Branch Manager in the Agency Business Partner Channel for India’s Leading Life Insurance Company in Mehsana, Gujarat.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the branch team to achieve sales targets for life insurance products.
- Recruit, train, and mentor on-roll Sales Managers and agents.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and branch performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and drive customer satisfaction.
- Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the branch.
- Report branch performance and sales activities to higher management.
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience: 7 to 10 Years in similar domain of experience in Life Insurance Agency and Direct Channel with 2 to 4 Years in Team Management and Team Handling position.
- Proven experience in leading sales teams, motivating staff, and driving results.
- Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality service.
- In-depth understanding of the life insurance market
