Job Description

We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented candidates for the role of Open Market Sales Officer in the Banking sector. 

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new customer leads through open market activities and field visits
• Acquire new customers and expand the customer base
• Explain product features and benefits to customers clearly
• Achieve monthly sales and acquisition targets
• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Ensure proper documentation and follow banking compliance processes 

Candidate Profile:
• Graduation is mandatory
• Freshers are welcome only
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable with field sales
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
