Job Description
Role Summary:
Responsible for managing outbound sales activities, leading a calling/sales team, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the outbound sales team
- Plan and execute outbound sales activities
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are met
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching
- Maintain sales reports and call performance data
- Ensure quality and compliance in outbound sales

- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience Â
- Graduation CompletionÂ
- Required all semester marksheets. Â
