Job Description

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to help us grow our distribution network and achieve remarkable success.

Work Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Sales Team in growing the insurance business in the designated area.
  • In collaboration with the branch manager, strategic planning is being done for the business development of insurance products.
  • Introducing advisors on Head Office’s stated policies, procedures, and products.
  • Establishing connections with insurance providers and coordinating a range of initiatives.
  • Planning, carrying out, and overseeing an activity.
  • Operational support for logins and issuance to multiple mapped branches.
  • Participation in Business Opportunities presentations to attract new advisors to the company.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales/marketing experience (preferably in BFSI sector)
  • Bachelor’s degree is a must
  • On-roll position offering stability and growth
  • Competitive CTC: Up to 3.80 LPA + Incentives + Additional Benefits
