A Relationship Manager provides financial services to clients by collaborating with banks and insurance providers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recognize the financial needs and objectives of a client.
- Help clients select the financial products that will best suit their needs.
- Continue to have good interactions with bank employees and customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell goods to bank clients.
- To find possible clients, collaborate with bank employees.
- Train bank staff on sales strategies.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Having a graduate degree is required.
- 2+ years or more in banking/ BFSI sales or marketing.
- Must have been a local resident or native for three or more years.
- Basic familiarity with banking and insurance procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
