We are seeking a motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to manage and drive insurance product sales within our partner bank network. This role requires a focus on building strong relationships with bank staff, providing training, and actively driving sales while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with bank branches to sell insurance products and meet sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities by utilizing the bank’s customer database.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with bank staff to ensure collaboration.
- Provide regular training and guidance to bank employees to improve their sales performance.
- Assess customer needs and recommend insurance products tailored to their requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions for reporting purposes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
- Must be a local resident or native of the area for at least 3 years.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and the financial services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
