The Relationship Manager will drive insurance sales through the bank’s network, build relationships with bank staff, and achieve sales targets. This role includes identifying potential customers, training and supporting bank employees, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Sell insurance products and meet sales targets.
- Identify potential customers using the bank’s database.
- Build and maintain relationships with bank staff and management.
- Train and motivate bank employees to generate leads and close sales.
- Maintain records of sales and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree.
- 2+ years of sales experience.
- 3+ years of local/native experience.
- Basic understanding of insurance and banking operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
