Job Description

Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with assigned customers
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues
  • Achieve assigned sales or service targets
  • Maintain customer records and follow-ups

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
  • Graduation Completion 
  • Required all semester marksheets.  
  • Preferred local candidate
