Key Duties:

  • Connect with customers through company-generated leads

  • Explain life insurance solutions clearly and confidently

  • Close sales independently without agent involvement

  • Follow up with prospects to improve conversion ratio

  • Meet daily calling and monthly business targets

  • Deliver smooth onboarding and post-sale support

Requirements:

  • Experience in direct sales / telecalling / BFSI preferred

  • Strong persuasion & customer engagement skills
