Job Description

As a Relationship Manager, you will drive sales by managing and growing a team of insurance advisors. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth policy issuance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and train insurance advisors
  • Drive sales through field activities
  • Generate and convert leads
  • Support advisors in closures

Requirements:
