Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Establishing and carrying out sales plans to reach goals and increase income.
  • Assemble, develop, and oversee a productive sales force.
  • To increase client retention and satisfaction, cultivate and preserve solid client relationships.
  • Keep abreast of market developments and modify plans as necessary.
  • Make sure that industry rules are followed, and give senior management regular performance reports.

Qualifications::

  • Business, marketing, or a similar discipline at the bachelor’s degree level (MBA is a plus).
  • More than 2 years of sales experience
  • strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Qualification: Graduation/Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
  • Age: 21 to 38 Years.
