We are looking for a Relationship Sales Manager who can build strong customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and drive sales growth. If you have a passion for sales and customer engagement, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial products.
  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, and market outreach.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell banking and financial products.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow company processes.

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales, Banking, Insurance, NBFC, or Financial Services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
