Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to expand market reach, drive revenue growth, and manage key client relationships in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute business development strategies
• Identify and acquire new clients through field sales
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
• Lead and support the sales team in closing deals
• Track market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports

Eligibility:
• Graduation required
• 2+ years of experience in sales and business development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
