Job Description

We are hiring a Sales and Field Sales Officer to generate new business, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets through direct field activities in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire new customers through field sales visits
• Promote and present insurance solutions to clients
• Achieve assigned sales targets consistently
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Provide after-sales service and client support
• Maintain accurate sales reports and documentation

Eligibility:
• Graduation required
• 1+ year of experience in sales or field marketing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel for field work
