Job Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring a dynamic Sales Associate to generate leads, meet clients, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through field visits and networking
  • Meet potential customers and explain products/services
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Follow up on leads and close sales deals
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduation is mandatory
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales (Field sales preferred)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be target-oriented and self-motivated
