Job Description

Job Summary:
The Sales Associate Manager supports daily sales operations and helps lead the sales team to achieve store targets. This role focuses on coaching sales associates, improving customer experience, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support sales associates.
  • Help achieve sales targets and improve sales performance
  • Train, coach, and motivate sales associates
  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues
  • Build and Maintain Strong relationship

We Require: 

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
  • Graduation Completion 
  • Required all semester marksheets.  
  • Preferred local candidate
