Job Description
A Sales Development Manager at HDFC Life Insurance is responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of agents or advisors, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and train a team of insurance advisors or agents.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
