Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve lead generation and qualification.
- Monitor daily activities, metrics, and performance to ensure team success.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts and maximize effectiveness.
- Manage the onboarding and ongoing training of new SDRs.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Report on team performance to senior management.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales or sales development.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling successful teams.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and optimize processes for efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
