Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve lead generation and qualification.
  • Monitor daily activities, metrics, and performance to ensure team success.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts and maximize effectiveness.
  • Manage the onboarding and ongoing training of new SDRs.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Report on team performance to senior management.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or sales development.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling successful teams.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and optimize processes for efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
