Job Description

We are looking for energetic and motivated candidates to join as a Sales Development Manager. The role involves recruiting insurance agents, training them, and helping them achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and build a team of insurance agents.
  • Train, guide, and motivate team to generate business.
  • Help team to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular meetings and training sessions.
  • Ensure business growth and achieve company targets

Eligibility

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
